This was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. It felt like this dealership cared more about making money than taking care of its customers. Not to mention initial hiccups were annoying in itself.
I brought my vehicle in with an extended warranty and expected to pay my deductible for covered repairs. Instead, I was charged two hours of diagnostic fees and was even told I could be charged more. The amount of fees are little excessive, over 4000 in fees not including tax, extended warranty and gap. is to much. I did appreciate the help from juan and gomez they were very helpfull at the time of purchase. Just the fees was my only problem.
I hate buying a new car, but I had a great experience with Subaru of Pembroke Pines. Yosmar did a great job at finding me the perfect vehicle. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and he did not try and pressure me into buying. I would highly recommend working with Yosmar if you need a new Subaru.

Subaru of Pembroke Pines left my wife's car unregistered for two weeks past the 30-day legal limit. They lied and said they needed my ID (I'm not on the loan) just to cover their own mistakes. They sent the tags only after a DMV complaint was filed but refuse to refund the $1,398 in 'service fees' they clearly didn't provide. Stay away—they don't follow Florida Law."
