Happy with everyone I have dealt with. Didn’t feel any pressure. They gave me plenty of time to make my decision with the buying of the 2026 Outback. I initially was having a bad experience on my visit for an oil change but Felipe took over and made it all right. Thank you for your understanding and honesty. Itvreally made a big difference. Apart from the great experience Felipe offered, the waiting room is very comfortable and has a lot of offer while you wait. Very well kept and clean. Overall very friendly staff who care.

Everything when very professional and accurate
I first met Julio in 2022 when I traded in my Subaru. I cannot recommend Julio highly enough! He is knowledgeable, caring and efficient ! Since then I have traded that car for another Subaru. Have the car serviced every 6 months. The service folks, parts department and checkout folks have always been knowledgeable and helpful. Subaru at Pembroke Pines is truly a wonderful dealership!

Johnson the sales rep was attentive and even when we had agreed the deal and they started on paperwork and preparing car and we thought about changing to different car, Johnson took it in his stride and took us to the other car to test ride and look at.
