Subaru of Pembroke Pines has a decent selection of vehicles, but the overall experience was just okay. The staff was friendly, but they seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. I appreciated their efforts, but it felt like the process took longer than expected. Wouldn't say it's the best dealership, but they have potential to improve!

I can't say enough good things about my service experience here. My transmission failed at 40k miles and a year out of the warranty. Initially my car was taken to another dealership where I was quoted over $11k to replace the transmission after already being charged $1300 for diagnosis and fluid replacement. It felt ridiculous so I had my car towed to Pembroke Subaru. The FIRST thing Joe Salerno, of the Pembroke Subaru Service Department, did when I came to his office was call the Subaru consumer advocacy line to tell them that this failure shouldn't be happening and to see if they would help cover the cost since my car was in otherwise good condition and the mileage was so low for a 6 year old car. Subaru agreed to cover some of the cost and I have my car back, as good as new for less than half of what the previous dealership quoted me. Joe was transparent with me from the moment I stepped into his office and I truly appreciate the work he put in to make sure I was given a fair deal. He has secured a customer in me. I will definitely be coming back to have all of my service done at Subaru of Pembroke Pines. A dealership service experience like this doesn't come along often, and I will continue to support and recommend the people who go above and beyond to ensure quality service!

It was my first time buying a car and the process was very smooth. I worked with JP and he wasn’t an over eager salesman, he talked us through everything and was very kind. I gave 4 stars because I did have to come back to service department not even a week later to fix a cosmetic issue and something with steering wheel I didn’t notice before but got it fixed easily and everything is all good now!

I wish I’d would’ve known back when I first stepped into Subaru of Pembroke Pines that my view on vehicles and service would change forever. And it is no wonder since I was greeted by Julio Campos. I remember back in 2020 after I was “forced and hustled” into buying a car at another Subaru dealer, a WRX to be specific, (not that I disliked the car but I wanted a STI) I came in search for an STI at Subaru of Pembroke Pines just to “look around” Julio took me in just as any other customer and he took care of me as someone would take care of a friend. We drove the STI and he did a blast of comparisons between trims to help me better understand what I really wanted; weeks later on October 2020 I walked out the dealership not only with a brand new Subaru STI but I walked out knowing I was in good hands and I got the best deal, customer service, attention to detail and foremost a great friendship. After a while I’d visit the dealer for service and just to poke around Subaru’s products (I’m a car enthusiast) My wife used to be a loyal Toyota customer specially with the RAV4 but I took her to Subaru of Pembroke Pines for when I had to take my car for service and Julio worked his charm and she became a Subaru enthusiast. We were eager to buy a new family vehicle with an incoming baby back on 2023; sadly 2023 was a financially tough year but Julio knew our needs and he trusted that we would come through and he still gave us his time, energy, customer “top notch” service and friendship and he introduced us to the Subaru Outback - my wife loved the Outback wilderness - so we came through and on 2025 we got a brand new Subaru Outback wilderness. In here I want to mention that in currently looking for a work vehicle - a pick up to be more specific we went to check out the new Tacoma and we were just looking but we were mistreated at Toyota if North Miami the sellers even told us “come back once you have a good down payment” from that moment I knew my vehicle brand was Subaru and my personal salesman was Julio Campos. Even if Julio were to work for another brand I’d follow him but I know he will stay at Subaru and that enhances our loyalty to the brand. About the story of the purchase of the Outback. My wife and I were finally ready and we reached out to Julio, he made the impossible possible on terms of making time for us. A couple of hours between late Saturday and early Sunday and boom! We got our 2nd Subie of the family. I was in Seattle, WA. At the time but Julio made sure to guide my wife - Danelia - through the right path for the best vehicle she both needed and wanted. We are extremely happy about our Outback and we also are extremely happy to have established a business partnership with Julio and a friendship with him. During the buying process he was taking care of every detail even entertaining our little 1.5 year old baby. Now, today on April 16th 2025 after the reveal of the new 7th generation of the Subaru Outback I can confidently say that as soon as the 7th generation wilderness hits the parking lot on Subaru of Pembroke Pines I will come looking for Julio On a side and final note I’m glad that we got Julio, in my 32 years of life I haven’t meet a salesman that really goes far and beyond for his customers. Julio doesn’t seek the money of his buyers, he seeks the satisfaction and happiness of his customers. I’m proud to say we are a Subaru Family and also I’m happy to say that for us Julio is family.

I am writing this review while sitting here in front of Mr. Reggie King. We spoke with him days prior and although we agreed to purchase the car, it was his day off. None the less, he gladly came in, spent the whole day here, while being patient. He never attempted to push anything on us or make us feel uncomfortable. He's truly outstanding and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

Clear communication from the beginning. Keep in mind I drove 4 hours from Tampa to pick up this car. When I got to the dealership everyone was so accommodating and very friendly. I didn't feel like I was being sold a car for once. Initially it was a little overwhelming. I messaged the dealership via cars.com and got bombarded with emails from a bunch of different employees. I guess that's just how it works once the dealership gets a message from the website everyone jumps on responding. I decided to work with Caesar because of his reviews. And I am glad that I did. I get overwhelmed very easily with having ASD and this was actually fun. Had a nice morning cracking some laughs with cool people and I'm super happy with my 2020 Subaru WRX Limited.

Great place to buy a car. My salesman, Luis, was top notch. He described all the safety features and details of the Ascent I purchased. No hassles at all. I recommend the dealership and Luis whole heartedly.

We recently visited this dealership to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and our experience started on a high note. The sales team was absolutely fantastic, professional, attentive, and genuinely collaborative. It was clear that they cared about making the customer experience as seamless as possible. Each salesperson we encountered went above and beyond, working together effortlessly to ensure we were taken care of. However, things took a significant turn when we reached the managerial level, particularly with the finance and sales manager. After meeting with the finance manager @JaimeGaitan, we were immediately pushed into a series of “coverage upgrades” that were presented as essential, as if the lender was recommending them. These were on top of the typical GAP insurance, which we were already familiar with. Instead of discussing our financing options, interest rates, or percentages—things you'd expect to cover in a car deal—the finance manager was fixated on the monthly payment, refusing to provide any clarity when asked about the specific terms. His response was a dismissive “That’s the rate the lender approved you guys,” before trying to sneak in an extended warranty disguised as part of the Certified Pre-Owned package. We caught this misrepresentation and declined the extended warranty. At this point, the finance manager walked out on us, saying we needed to renegotiate with sales, leaving us bewildered. Then came the sales manager @EricStampone, who only added to the confusion. He tried to insist that the so-called "CPO Agreement" was not an extended warranty, yet failed to explain how it wasn’t. Our question was simple: why call it a CPO agreement if it’s an extended warranty, why not just call it that? The sales manager stuck to his story, claiming it wasn’t an extended warranty but rather a “wrap.” Later, he even texted me a brochure that contradicted his claims, clearly labeling the coverage as an extended warranty for CPO vehicles. When I asked for further clarification and why we couldn’t get clear financing terms from the finance manager, he avoided answering and instead questioned why I was upset. His final stance was to dismiss the deal entirely, stating, “That’s the way it is,” as if that would somehow settle the matter. The saddest part is that this entire deal was derailed by management, who seemed more focused on tricking customers into add-ons rather than being transparent. It’s a shame because the sales team worked hard to build trust and provide a positive experience, only for the managers to squander it with their underhanded tactics. My heart goes to the hardworking sales staff, who deserve better leadership. Unfortunately, the management here seems more interested in misleading their customers than closing an honest deal. Proceed with caution if you’re dealing with anyone beyond the sales team.

I went to buy a used subaru outback and it wasn't a good experience at all. First the used certified car was in rough shape. I would not think that it would be certified at all. After looking at that, I decided to get a new one. When we started talking numbers it went bad. I owe $34,000 on my trade in and they were going to give me $29,000, which is less than any other place that I shoped around. When they brought me the paper work they put my car as 29,000 and the difference was $14,213.00. I think their people don't know how to do math at all, if you put that together is $43,213, that is $9213.00 that they were charging me for. That means they would of got my car for $19,787.00. Thats not how a good business messes people over. If you check BBB you will see the have a BIG F. Thats not good, but I see why.. the new car was only suppose to be $43000.00 but the told me the payments would be 72 month $950.00. I can drive a Mercedes for that. What are they thinking. I hope no one else falls for their traps. Also forgot to mention the finance lady had a bad attitude, because she was yelling out the office towards me. Great for business!!!!!!

Our problem started with the finance agent, Glenn Martin. This is a very dishonest man, unprofessional, and just trying to scam customers. Very disappointed with his behavior. He was rude and just trying to force his will. He does not care about customer, he just cares about himself and "any" way to make a huge commission. There are so many reports about business fraud, racism, and violence against women that occurs in this workplace. Not to mention, the amount of complaints from the service department.
